As many of you know, Superintendent Tyler Bridges has recently accepted a position with Stillwater Public Schools and will be transitioning at the end of this school year. While we are sad to see him go, we are incredibly grateful for his leadership and the impact he has made during his time with CPS. Mr. Bridges has led with vision, heart, and an unwavering commitment to students and staff. We wish him the very best as he begins this new chapter. Selecting the next superintendent is one of the most important responsibilities we have as a Board of Education. To help guide this process, we have partnered with the Oklahoma State School Boards Association (OSSBA). With their expertise and support, we are confident we will find a strong leader to carry on the momentum and progress our district has built. As we begin the search, we want to hear from you. Parents, students, staff, and community members are invited to share their thoughts through a brief online survey. Your feedback on the qualities, experience, and leadership style you value in a superintendent will help us find the right fit for our CPS family. The survey will be available on our district website —https://www.cpsreds.org/page/superintendentsearch — beginning Monday, April 28, and will remain open through Friday, May 9. OSSBA brings a wealth of experience in helping districts across Oklahoma find strong, effective leadership. Their highly experienced search team will handle the behind-the-scenes work of the superintendent search — from advertising the position and recruiting candidates to managing applications and logistics. This allows our Board to focus on the most important parts of the process: setting the criteria, interviewing the most qualified candidates, and selecting the next superintendent to lead Clinton Public Schools. Throughout this process, we remain focused on what’s best for our students, staff, and community. Thank you for your continued support of Clinton Public Schools. We look forward to hearing your input as we plan for the future. Sincerely, Members of the Clinton Board of Education Kim Meacham, President Susanna Williams, Vice-President CaraLea Kreizenbeck, Clerk John Coleman, Member David Mosburg, Member

Today, CMS and WES students got a powerful dose of motivation from none other than Mike Conn — thanks to a Principal Grant from the Clinton Public School Foundation. 🌟🌪️ With energy, heart, and humor, he encouraged students to believe in themselves as they head into state testing. 💛 He reminded them that mindset matters: you’ll find what you’re looking for. Huge thanks to CPSF for making moments like this possible. And thank you, Mr. Conn, for reminding our students that everybody can do good, but NOBODY can do the good you can do, the way you can do it. 👏 #MondayMotivation #Motivation #cpsreds #BuildingChampions #CPSF

📚 Check this out... literally! 📚 Today is National School Librarian Day, and we’re overdue on saying THANK YOU to our amazing CPS librarians! 🤩 They help students find the right book (even when all they remember is "it’s blue"), keep the peace with a single well-timed shush, and know exactly where to find the answers to life’s toughest questions—like how to cite a source correctly! Let’s give them all the bookmarks and appreciation they deserve!
