School Counselor
I am originally from Chickasha, OK. I pursued my undergraduate and graduate degrees from SWOSU. I recently finished my graduate degree in school counseling.
Undergraduate Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies
Graduate Degree in Education : School Counseling
I am a member of the American School Counseling Association since 2018 and the Oklahoma School Counseling Association since 2017. I have been attending the OSCA conferences for the last 3 years as part of my professional development and so I can provide each student with the best educational experience.
This is my first year as a school counselor and I am excited to work for Clinton Public Schools! With my job as the school counselor I will be helping students create a plan to achieve career and academic goals, identify issues that affect the student’s school performance, and provide support as they grow into contributing members of society.
I am married to a farmer, Nathan, and we have two awesome kiddos, Hannah and Noah. We currently live in Thomas and our children attend school there.
There is a lot to be done on our farm so I stay pretty busy helping out. I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also love traveling and having movie nights with my husband and kids at home.
